• Recognise the three core supervision functions (normative, formative, restorative).
• Learn how to begin contracting and negotiating supervision agreements.
• Gain a simple understanding of a core model (Hawkins & Shohet Seven-Eyed Model).
• Explore ethical practice in supervision.
