Become a confident clinical supervisor!
Headstrong Academy’s Diploma in Clinical Supervision is a practical and in-depth training for experienced practitioners who want to become confident and highly skilled supervisors.
Across 26 engaging sessions, you’ll develop practical skills in supervision models (such as the widely used 7-eyed model), contracting, and group work, while engaging with themes such as trauma-informed practice, intercultural and anti-oppressive supervision, queer-affirmative and disability justice approaches, and working with risk.
The course blends theory, experiential learning, and real-world case studies to equip you with the confidence and competence to lead supervision with depth, integrity, and care.
